We want you to feel completely confident when trying our products.
That’s why we offer a risk-free 30-day return policy on all eligible items.
If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery — no hard feelings.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

Unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

In the same condition you received it

Requested within 30 days of delivery
Important Notes for Supplements & Consumables
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or partially used consumable products, including dental chews, supplements, and treats.
This is standard for ingestible pet products and ensures the highest level of safety for all pets.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless:

The product arrived damaged,

The product arrived defective, or
-
You received the wrong item.
In those cases, we will replace the item at no cost to you.
We do not currently provide prepaid return labels unless the issue qualifies as above.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Once verified, we’ll send a replacement free of charge (subject to stock availability).
Note: We are not responsible for damage caused by the courier during transit.
Exchanges
We’re happy to offer exchanges on eligible items.
If you’d like to exchange for the same item or another variation, please email us within 30 days of receiving your order.
All items must be unused and unopened.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived defective.
How to Start a Return
We don’t currently have a return portal, but starting a return is simple:

Refund Process
Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund back to your original payment method.
Please allow:

5–7 business days for processing after inspection

Time for your bank/card provider to post the refund
You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your refund has been issued.
Shipping Costs
Orders that qualified for free shipping will retain that benefit.
